Why does not your program calculate refundable medical expenses?

My mother whose the only income is OAS has $900 medical expenses. My calculations show that she is eligible to $120 refundable medical expense supplement. However r your program failed to claim any refund.

You missed something in your calculations.  One of the requirements to be eligible for the refundable medical supplement is to have at least $3421 of working income (employed, self-employed).  As OAS is not a working income, your mother is ineligible.
