When mailing your income tax return,  you click on print to mail. You will receive a maximum of 8 pages to send to the CRA as this is a condensed version of your return, there will not be any specific Provincial pages as there will be a bar code in which all forms will be included for the CRA to retrieve.

As a non-resident, you do not receive a provincial tax form because your tax obligations are solely at the federal level. The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires non-residents to file only federal taxes, not provincial ones. This is why TurboTax only provides federal forms for you to mail in.
