Why is turbotax deducting child care expenses from the spouse with higher income?

I initially had spouse A earning less than spouse B, and when I entered child care deductions, they were applied to spouse A, which is right.  I later added more income to spouse A, so that he is now earning more than spouse B.  The child care deductions are still being applied to spouse A.  They should be applied to spouse B.  How can I fix this?

I believe you will have to physically go back and zero it out. Play  with the numbers and see who is more tax advantage to have it as a deduction.
