Am using turbotax live full service self employed. 200 bucks. Schedule 10am appointment, and receive a call right on time. However, that's not the tax expert, just some gopher asking some basic info. The real action started around 11 am. I really dislike that they told me my appointment with the expert would be at 10 but they weren't even close. I'll be lucky to be done this by noon on what is an ultra basic return. And now a live update...all that came at 11 were some more questions and a form to fill out. Done by 11:15 and no other replies. It's now almost noon. What am I paying for?
