Amazon purchase of TurboTax

I purchased the TurboTax Deluxe downloadable edition from Amazon in January. When I created an account online, (just this month) I didn't see an option to add the License Number that Amazon gave me. Now I've completed my return (online) and the options are to pay $60 for TurboTax Deluxe and then an additional $50 for the Oregon Tax return. How do I get credit for actually purchasing the software through Amazon?

I can't even find a place to download again without having to pay $79.99 with nowhere to add my license number.

I am used to purchasing the CD with the free e-File options for both Federal and State. Has that gone away?

I just purchased additional license and under the help option I chose license but i don't see any option to add a new license, what do i do
