Can't enter my RL1 slip even if I choose it as a option

Hi! As the tittle says. I choose the t4 and rl1 slip where I chose the slips to enter but does not actually let me enter the rl1 only the t4 is available. What could be the issue? Lived in Ontario all year but have 2 t4's and 1rl1 because my work did like I worked half the year in Quebec and the other half in Ontario.

You must edit you T4 slip and add Quebec tax paid manually in box e.
