Cannot file Net file as I get errors 2155 and 2156

I had the same issue.  It yours is resolved please share the solution.  I was on the phone with Turbo Tax for 1.5 hours and the representative suggested that I deleted my taxes and started a new one.  she didn't advise that I had to pay AGAIN for the filing.  Now, paying twice for filling my taxes, I am getting the same error message.

I'm sorry you did not get this resolved. Please request to have your issue escalated since they did not initially resolve your issue. They will be able to view the history and provide you with a refund.  Below is how

Thank you for your response.  I escalated the issue and the supervisor, Becky, did not resolve the issue and said that the $20 coupon was all that she could give me (I had paid previously $54 for premier for me and my husband).  Yesterday, I tried for the last time to file my taxes and the turbo tax supporter, Olivia, took the time to review and verify my problem and suggested the changes needed.  After total of 3 hour on the phone since the problem started, 4 turbo tax representatives, two payments, escalating the problem with no solution, I finally filed my taxes.  Needless to say, this is my last year filinh with Turbo Tax!

I currently have the same problem. Both errors.
