Claiming the spousal amount.

Good afternoon.

I have a question about claiming the spousal amount in line 30300.

My wife has zero income, and she filed for bankruptcy October, 2023.

They said I can not file her taxes, but if we file separately,

can i still claim line 30300 if my spouse files bankruptcies?
