Common law partner's net income

My common law partner hasn't filed his taxes for the past few years. What am I supposed to put down for his net income? I don't want to get in trouble with CRA for filing incorrectly. Is there a certain income amount where it doesn't matter? We both made >$80k for 2021.

You can make a best estimate on the high side. When you know his net income then you can update your return before filing.
You can go ahead and file anyway without waiting for your partner. CRA will assess your return, then assess your partners return once it is filed.
At that point, CRA can then determine if they need to reassess your return.
