CRA Result Code: 32

Good day. I have completed the returns and when i filed, it returned the error code indicating that i need to make changes on my tax profile to indicate it is not my first return. I have made the change and tried to netfile again, but it is returning the same error.

If you are completing a joint return, please be sure to make the changes for both spouses/partners then try again.

It is not a joint return. And i have tried a few times so i am worried it will be locked. What else should i do?
