First Time Filling Error Code 32

I am filing for the first time but getting an error message that "Our records indicate you are not filing an income tax return for the first time with the Canada Revenue Agency. Please go back in your software and ensure you do not identify yourself as someone who is filing an income tax return for the first time and submit your tax return again."

Error code 32 from the CRA could be for these reasons: There is a social insurance number (SIN) on line 55295 on the Schedule 5, and one of the following situations applies to your client’s return:

1. The dependent's SIN is not valid.
2. The dependent's SIN and your client’s or their spouse’s or common-law partner’s SIN are the same

Please check if that applies to her. Also, if this is her first time filing with CRA and CRA doesn't have any information for her, she might not be eligible to Netfile. You have to choose an option to print to mail in TurboTax and mail out her return to CRA - Where to mail your paper T1 return.
