Form 8863 showing as avaialble soon for e-filing. When will it be available for Home-Business 2019 version?

The forms are ready to use.  Are you using online or desktop?

If you are filing with TurboTax online, let's do these: 

• I would suggest you check your internet connection.  Try to log out and sign back in the program. 
• You should also clear your cache and sign back into the program.   To clear cache, click here: Cache
• You may also try a different browser.  

To update the program:

• If you are using the TurboTax CD/Download software program, open the program, from the top, under Online, select Check for Updates.
• If you are using the online version, it's an automatic update when you sign in and out.

No. I am using desktop version of TurboTax Home & Business.

I have tried multiple times to update the software. i.e. Online>Check For Updates. Each time I get "Software is up-to-date". 

Also tried to delete form 8863 and the associated 1098T forms. No luck. Do not know what else to try. 

Again, error is Form 8863 Education Credits "Ready Soon". Received email from TurboTax saying form was available.
