I have registered for gst/hst number but i dont do uber ridea , i do only uber eats. In this case how should i file my tax return? do i need to show gst/hst while returning?
If you are registered to collect GST/HST, you still must submit a GST/HST to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) even if you didn’t collect any sales tax. Please see this Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) webpage for more information: General Information for GST/HST Registrants
To enter your Uber Eats income in TurboTax Online:
Please use “Business” as your self-employment category when you are asked.
Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information about filing as self-employed: Self-employment Centre
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
