I am currently in Europe and cannot call with the 1-888 number option from abroad. I need a landline or mobile option. And, as I bought the Primary Premier Pack, I expected to get help more easily....it has been very difficult and I still cannot get any answers. Can someone please help me?
If you have entered an address outside of Canada, you won't be able to Netfile. Can you check that the address you've entered in the product is indeed a Canadian address?
