I have made my payment but Turbotax will not allow me to proceed to the "File" section, and I wish to just mail in my returns, not Net-file. Can I do this at this time?

CRA has not activated NETFILE for this tax season yet. They will do so February 20. If you wish to print your return(s) and mail them that is your choice...however you will be subject to the processing time for paper returns. Waiting until Feb 20 to netfile will be much quicker. It is not the software preventing netfile...it is CRA.
