My husband passed away in 2024. Do I have to file his last return before filing my return if I am claiming the Disability and Caregiver credits?

I have transferred Disability credit and claimed Caregiver credit for several years. Do I have to file my deceased husband's return before mine?

Sorry for your loss. Yes, you are correct. You do need to submit his last return first.
