My taxes menu says incomplete but i don't have any other forms to fill out. how do i move forward and file.

Make sure you go in and have a check mark on all the forms. It is simply wanting to ensure that you have verified everything. It is not necessary to put anything in the form, if it doesn't apply to you.

After that, you should get a checkmark on Your Taxes, and you will need to go through Review before File is accessible.
