Netfile error as a first time quebec tax filer

Hello I am a first time quebec tax filler and I am unable to NETFILE my taxes. It shows a error "You are not eligible for Revenue Québec Netfile because your SIN starts with 0 or 9, and you have indicated that this is your first year filing to Revenue Québec."  what to do now?

You will then click on Print to Mail instead of NetFile- and you will print out your tax return and mail it in to Revenu Quebec.
