So, I am filing my taxes together with my wife. My taxes netfiled ok with no errors. However, when I try to netfile my wife's, I get an error I cannot get around. There is no specific error number but it is referring to my income and saying we need to indicate whether or not my income is NIL or not. It is not so I selected NO. However, it continues to tell me that we need to indicate if the income is NIL or not, which I of course have done. And around and around it goes. Was on phone with support for over an hour but then they lost connect and hung up on me. They never called back so I am trying here to see if anyone has seen this before and what they did to fix it.
