Paying for zero return

My wife stopped working 10 years ago, but I am partly self-employed. My wife's return is always 0 but because it is connected to my Turbo tax account, I have to pay 65 dollars to file zero dollars every year. Is there a way to not have to pay 65 dollars for my wife's taxes?

The only way to do this is to file separate returns. She has a simple return you can use TurboTax free to do her return.
