Re Filing Question

Hello All,

I am trying to re file my taxes for the first time this year. I had some extra deductions to put in that was missed when i initially completed my taxes. I have created the new re file taxes section in my account, but the issue i am having, is that i would like to get expert help with the re file as its the first time that I am declaring these deductions and wanted some help to make sure I do it correctly. When i click on the live help section to add, i just keep getting an error and says hopefully it will be fixed soon. Is there another way or is there something else that can be done?
