It is saying I am unable to file at this time because of forms that are currently unavailable?

Is there a date on when this issue will be resolved ? 

One of the forms has nothing to do with my tax return and the other is CARE which I dont need included in my return either but even when I respond to this form as no it's not letting me file.

I'm having the same issue. All forms are supposed to be unlocked Feb 24th (today) and still no go.

Same. Right now I've paid for a service I cannot utilize.  Very disappointed.

Do we have any ideas when this will be resolved and is it only happening on TurboTax? If so, it's too bad I didn't know about this BEFORE buying.
