How do I get Assist & Review for the Downloaded version of TurboTax Premier? It's greyed out.

I'm hoping to have someone review my tax return on the downloaded version - but the Assist & Review button is greyed out. Please help.

All Assist and Review has been disabled at this time. The Tax Experts are all fully booked until May 2nd, so the downloaded software won't allow you to make the purchase at this time.
