I tried to NETFILE but an error said "Our records indicate you are not filing an income tax return for the first time with the CRA..." But I AM a first time filer...Help?

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do here at TurboTax because the CRA has a file of their own on you. So your best option to get this resolved is to contact them directly at 1-800-959-8281.
