I am not using any locked forms. And I have seen no recent updates to desktop software. I trie d without a t3 and it worked for my husbands form but still won’t save mine. I do have a t1212 but that is not on the list. Any ideas? I redid from scratch as well. I saw other posts where they though the issue was related to T3 or T5s.
any thoughts?
Thank you
Yes, for some, they can't file because of their T3 or T5, which has been entered for any other reason but for bank interest. Have you verified the list of forms that are opened on your return to make sure that there is none opened which you are not using?
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
Netfile still not functioning, I was advised by Turbo Tax that its an issue with investments and CPP. They apparently will advise users via email once the issue is corrected by CRA filing errors currently presenting when you try to Netfile from the Turbo Tax Intuit portal. All set to go but no success with netfiling.
@Wally62 We are aware of this issue; we are working with the CRA for a resolution. We appreciate your patience.
There is a problem with Netfile if you have a T1212 with an amount listed for deferred capital gains no longer applicable. This amount is then loaded into line 10100 'employment income Which it really isn't . Netfile looks for ccp/qpp contributions (edit new this year) and disallows the Netfile.
CRA problem probably won't be fixed before filing deadline.
It asked for a disposition date from my T5008. I have definitely entered it correctly.
I submitted and saved it. I couldn’t find the place where turbotax was flagging a potential issue.
Your banner doesn't mention the code that I received (#90101) which pertains to the problem that I reported.
The CRA has announced systems tax calculator errors that may affect your ability to file. These errors are affecting all CRA certified tax software across Canada.
TurboTax is in direct contact with senior Government of Canada officials at CRA, underscoring the urgent need for accountability and decisive action to resolve these issues for our customers and all Canadians.
If you see one of these error codes, please visit What does my NETFILE error code mean and how do I fix it?
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
