The form T2091 keeps being printed with my return, but I not sell my principle residence and I did not enter any data for this.

My wife's and my joint tax return keep dumping a copy of the T2091 form. We've not sold our principle residence as we're still living in it 🙂   I can't seem to close the form so as to reduce the amount of paper being filed (I need to file by paper), and we did not tick off any of the boxes or add any data to the form

You can go into Forms, find your T2091, open it up and go to Edit, forms, and clear this form.   I also went back to that place in the Easystep (2 places) and made sure nothing was ticked off and it all went away.  Good Luck!
