Union or Professional Membership Fee Subject to GST/ HST

I live in Ontario. I paid $101.70 ($90 + tax) as my annual professional membership fee.

In Turbotax Standard (Desktop version), what do I enter under dues paid? $90 or $101.70?

Also, do I select Yes or No for “Subject to HST?” & “Subject to HST?”
