- If you are using the Online version of TurboTax, click on the "Find" button and type in "Volunteer". You will then land on a page titled "Volunteer firefighter and/or search and rescue volunteer credit" where you can make your entries.
- In the CD/Download version of TurboTax, you'll need to go to your Personal Tax Profile and continue until you see the question which asks if you were a volunteer firefighter and/or search and rescue volunteer.
