Hi, Two years ago, I took the free Turbotax (I paid nothing), and all my info (T4, T3, etc.) was pre-written. This year I pre-paid $15,99, and it has been a real headache to file my info. We're sorry to hear you're having difficulty. If you are a CRA My Account holder, your information can be transferred using Autofill My Return (AFR). The option to transfer your tax slips using AFR appears at the beginning of the Income section.
