Getting started

Please uninstall & reinstall TurboTax CD/Download using the installer that you can download from our website here: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/product-information/help/where-can-i-download-the-cd-...

The installer on our site has all the latest updates already included. Uninstalling the program will not delete your returns, but you will need to enter the installation Key Code you received when you purchased TurboTax.
