It sounds like you’ve accidentally logged into tax year 2019 instead of 2020. Here is the URL for TurboTax Online 2020: https://ww1.2020.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/?_swlg=en If you login to 2020 with the same username/password that you used when you started your return, you should be able to find it and continue where you left off.
