Today ia December 18, 2023 and I can only find 2022 version.

Does it drop at a certain time of day, some sort of delay?

Will the turbo tax 2023 standard version be available in Canada with a cd  in the box ?

Yes there will be some available in retail stores, but make sure it clearly says CD included on the box directions. Some boxes clearly say Digital Download version only. Please be aware that some of the boxes indicate that there is NO cd included.

Many users of Turbotax prefer the CD version so we are not slaves to the internet or cloud.  Not having the CD version offered on Amazon is a mistake and I am considering moving away from Turbotax to a more user friendly product.  I realize the digital version is more profitable for you but it is not for me and I don't mind a higher price for the safety of a CD.

If I can't get a CD version Boxing Day, I will look at alternatives.

TurboTax Bilingual offers the CD/digital format. Turbo Tax bilingual with CD can be purchased at Staples online or purchased in-store.

Will the Cd version be available for 2023 in Canada

@gBock It's already available. You can purchase a download only version from our website here: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax/software/download

If you want an actual CD, you can get it from some 3rd party retailers.
