Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?

I'm running into the same problem. I purchased TurboTax Download (the only way I found to start a previous year's return at the moment) and it only has the Windows software option. I couldn't find a place to download TurboTax_2019.exe for Mac.

Unfortunately, our TurboTax Download software is not compatible with Mac.
