Getting started

Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online? 

If you are using TurboTax Online, do you have more than one account? If so, the returns might be there. Or maybe your previous returns were done on a spouse/partner's account (if applicable)?

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, then your return files are only stored on your computer, not on our secure servers. You can check your Documents folder or use Windows search to find your returns. The extension is .ttxx, with the xx being the year. ex: .tt24 is a 2024 return.
