Did you use TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online? 

If you used TurboTax Online, do you have more than one account? If so, the 2017 return might be there. Or maybe your return was done on a spouse/partner's account (if applicable)?

Also note that Tax return access (TRA) services were only included for Free returns beginning in the 2019 tax year. Previous years required a paid version of TurboTax. For 2017 & 2018, Free returns were not saved unless you added the PLUS feature to your return.

If you used TurboTax Desktop, then your return files are only stored on your computer, not on our secure servers. You can check your Documents folder or use Windows search to find your returns. The extension is .ttxx, with the xx being the year. ex: .tt17 is a 2017 return.
