@69800 Can you please provide more information about your problem? Are you getting an error message?

I've been using Windows 10, your Standard box says I need Windows 11.  I see communication in this forum that says there is an online version which is usable?  What about when I need  to do my T2 return - have you stopped creating a product for us Windows 10 Corporate tax return folks too?

After ~20 years of using turbotax, I am switching to HR block or another. Windows 10 is still a perfectly viable operating system. Also, windows 11 is not compatible with my perfectly viable hardware.

@bt1574 TurboTax Canada Personal TY2025 desktop version is still compatible with Windows 10; however, we strongly recommend using Windows 11 for optimal performance.

Prep your tax return feeder files, excel, pdfs etc.

Create Image backup of Win10 machine

Upgrade to Win11 for Turbotax and file

Create Image backup of Win11

Restore the Image backup of Win10

I have the 2025 Turbotax installed on my Win 1o desktop, and have had no issues at all with it, even without ESU.
