I just did the same and filed via the link in an email from you indicating a 40% discount of filled by March 26, 2026. It did not show as being applied when I paid for our two premier filings ( $40 each). Link for File Now:

When logged into the community, there is no envelope icon anywhere, and it seems impossible to navigate to private messages. I've looked a few times now.

@user17741117222 If you are on the "Welcome to TurboTax Support" page, click on "Community" and then "Discuss your Taxes". Then you should see the envelope in the top right.
