You're supposed to receive an email confirmation from TurboTax when your return has been successfully transmitted to NETFILE. But if you didn't, don't worry. The email is just a back-up.
You can confirm your return was filed by tracking down your NETFILE confirmation number in TurboTax. Here's how to do that: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3227955
