TurboTax doesn't promise to help you set up a CRA My Account. Can you point us to where you got that impression from?
Rather, TurboTax can:
- Import your tax slips and other info using CRA's Auto-Fill My Return service, but you must have a CRA My Account already set up.
- Help you sign up for CRA Online Mail, CRA's notification service.
