Cannot find my 2019 taxes to import for this year. i have an account and just purchases premier edition of turbo tax. where did it go?

want to import my 2019 taxes to do 2020 taxes.  why is this information not saved to my account?

What version of TurboTax did you use last year? What version are you using this year? TurboTax Online or TurboTax CD/Download?

Importing your data

I am in Canada. I used TurboTax Online last year and am using Turbotax standard this year.  It does not seem to have an option to copy from online to standard. Is that correct? Can I get information (name, etc) from my 2018 Turbotax?
