Importing your data

I cannot find the 2024 desktop version of Turbotax Canada software anywhere (online or in stores). The Turbotax.ca website will only let me buy last year's version (2023). When will the 2024 version become available to purchase?

I can't import my data from my CRA account. The error message is "Oops, we encountered an error". I have tried multiple times without success. Are you able to help?

Turotax failed to import my T5008 from CRA after several attempts. I have over 150 Questrade items and it is hard to enter them manually into Turbotax. Can you help me?

I need to transfer a partially completed 2023 tax return from one Intuit account to another. Is this possible? If so, how?

All my tax history is under one Intuit account I use for Turbo Tax, but I accidentally created my 2023 return under a different Intuit account, which is one I use for QBO.

How can i upload my t4s picture manually into turbo tax?
