Is anyone else having issue transferring 2021 return information to 2022 tax return? Keeps sending me in loop (email verification, etc.) without transferring any info?

Asks me how I filed last year (Turbotax online), then askes for my login information. Then sends me a verification code to my email. Then sends me  right back to the main page without transferring any information. Then I click on my 2022 return only to be in the same spot I was before (how did I file last year)
