Turbo tax Business Incorp carryforward not working

I have 2021 Desktop Turbo Tax Business Incorporated open. I saved the 2021 file last year (so it is complete). I look at the file everything is ok and saved.

 

I purchases 2022 Desktop Turbo Tax Business Incorporated click carry forward a file....and no matter what I do it can't find it. I can "open" the 2021 file using the 2022 program but that is useless as I don't want to overwrite 2021...I don't want to create a new 2022 file when I have the 2021 file.

 

I go right to the folder where the 2021 file is and it doesn't see the file. I tried find the files yourself and search for your files...both don't work

 

How do I create a TurboTax Inc file that can be found using my 2021 Desktop version?
