How to identify what data in the tax return is from AutoFill vs entered manually?
Is there a form which displays all of the slip data which originated from AutoFill? Or is there some way of subsequently identifying which slip info was from the AutoFill vs a slip manually entered? Thank you.

No, there is no way of telling which is which. You can compare between what you have in TurboTax and what you have in your My Account. That will at least let you verify that you have no duplicates, since the CRA will likely have all your slips by now.

Thank you Susan for responding.
I thought there would be a 'form' in TurboTax which summarizes all data from AutoFill?
When I go to 'Forms'/'Form Look-up', in the 'Matching Keywords' box there is 'Auto-fill My Return'. When I click on this I see form 'AFR'. But this form shows no data even though I did download a T5 and T4 using auto-fill. Why is this form blank?
Second, I thought that maybe data which comes from AutoFill might show as a different colour in the return?
Thank you.

No, sorry, there's no form that shows this info, and the colour of the slips don't change.

I don't have a return that has had AFR done to look at, but the only box that's there says "The CRA Indicates that you have not filed a return for the following years" and the box only takes 4 numbers. So I'm guessing that if anything, it will show a year that you have not filed for.
It might just be something the development team uses for debugging or testing, like the weird box at the bottom of the NETFILE form.
