I have TurboTax 2018 standard and get an error code TT600 when I attempt to get it to transfer information from the 2017 returns. What do I do?

I have TurboTax 2018 standard and get an error code TT600 when I attempt to get it to transfer information from the 2017 returns. What do I do?
The TT600 error occurs before the software asks where the 2017 returns are located.
