This is a known NETFILE issue when trying to file a TP1 return to Revenue Quebec for tax year 2024, through TurboTax Desktop. When going through the review section, the amount claimed for the taxable capital gains deduction is greater than the amount of capital gains reported, or there is no eligible capital gain for this deduction. This makes the return ineligible for NETFILE Québec.
To work around this error, input $1 on line 58 of Schedule G to clear this validation
