How do we expense bedding, towels and supplies for a short term rental? Are they current expense or CCA Class 12? Is there a max amount per year for Class 12?

This is our first year with our short term rental and we spent a fair amount of money getting it "rental ready" and cannot find a proper answer on how to classify these expenses. Some websites say current expenses while others say CCA.
