I'm outside the country. How do I buy TurboTax to download and finally complete my 2021 taxes?

So far, totally useless. I don't want to work on line. it's too unreliable in this country. All responses are grossly off topic.

If you are out of country you may not be able to download TurboTax. You will need to purchase the download version found here.
