How do I determine land value in order to determine building value for CCA purposes for New Brunswick?

How do I determine land value in order to determine building value for CCA purposes for New Brunswick? I checked the property assessment notice and there is only 1 value. Didn't see anything about land vs building. How can I find out the details?
