How do I claim CCA for a house purchased ? I have a home based business. I have done the "Business In Home" form... just not sure about CCA

If this is your primary residence, it is not recommended to claim CCA.  You would have to pay capital gains on the business portion of the house if you sold it.

Thank you!  I thought my lawyer had told me I HAD to... And I hadn't done it before...
